Terms of Use — Mobile Application
These Terms govern your use of the mobile application published by GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. on the App Store (App ID: 6788007000), a financial utility that helps you find and compare offers.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. ("we", "us" or "our") regarding your use of the mobile application distributed through the Apple App Store under App ID 6788007000 (the "App").
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
The App is a financial utility. It helps you organise your personal finances and discover, compare and review publicly available financial offers from partner institutions.
For clarity, we expressly state that:
- We are not a bank, lender, credit institution or financial intermediary.
- We do not provide loans, credit, deposits, insurance or any other financial products.
- We do not process payments or handle your money in any way.
- Information displayed in the App is for general reference only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor an offer or recommendation of any product.
Any financial product you may see in the App is offered exclusively by the relevant third-party institution, under its own terms and conditions and subject to its own approval processes.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms of service.
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify or create derivative works of the App, except where permitted by law.
- Attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App or related services.
- Use the App's AI scanner to submit unlawful, harmful or infringing content.
The App includes an optional AI-powered scanner that processes content you choose to submit using the ChatGPT API provided by OpenAI. Results generated by artificial intelligence may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated and are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify important information independently before making any financial decision.
We do not collect, receive or store the content you submit through this feature or the results returned. Processing by OpenAI is governed by OpenAI's own terms and policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The App may display publicly available information about products and services of third-party partner institutions and may link to their websites. We do not control, endorse or guarantee these offers, their availability, rates or conditions. Any contract you enter into with a partner is solely between you and that partner and is governed by the partner's own terms and privacy policy. A list of our current partners and their legal documents is provided at the end of this page.
We do not collect any personal data through the App. Information you enter into the App stays on your device. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The App, including its design, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond the licence described above.
We aim to keep the App working reliably, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted. We may update, modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your right to use the App if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information shown in the App, for the actions or products of partner institutions, or for outputs of the AI scanner.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Madrid, without affecting mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.

Estos Términos de Uso ("Términos") constituyen un acuerdo legal entre usted y GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. ("nosotros" o "nuestra empresa") en relación con el uso de la aplicación móvil distribuida a través del App Store de Apple con el ID de aplicación 6788007000 (la "App").
Al descargar, instalar o utilizar la App, usted acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice la App. Debe tener al menos 18 años para usar la App.
La App es una utilidad financiera. Le ayuda a organizar sus finanzas personales y a descubrir, comparar y consultar ofertas financieras públicas de instituciones asociadas.
Para mayor claridad, declaramos expresamente que:
- No somos un banco, prestamista, entidad de crédito ni intermediario financiero.
- No ofrecemos préstamos, créditos, depósitos, seguros ni ningún otro producto financiero.
- No procesamos pagos ni gestionamos su dinero de ninguna manera.
- La información mostrada en la App tiene carácter meramente informativo y no constituye asesoramiento financiero, de inversión, legal o fiscal, ni una oferta o recomendación de ningún producto.
Cualquier producto financiero que aparezca en la App es ofrecido exclusivamente por la institución tercera correspondiente, bajo sus propios términos y condiciones y sujeto a sus propios procesos de aprobación.
Le concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App en dispositivos Apple de su propiedad o bajo su control, con fines personales y no comerciales, conforme a estos Términos y a las condiciones de servicio del App Store de Apple.
Al utilizar la App, usted se compromete a no:
- Usar la App con fines ilícitos o fraudulentos.
- Realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar, modificar o crear obras derivadas de la App, salvo lo permitido por la ley.
- Intentar interferir, interrumpir u obtener acceso no autorizado a la App o a los servicios relacionados.
- Usar el escáner de IA para enviar contenido ilícito, dañino o que infrinja derechos de terceros.
La App incluye un escáner opcional con inteligencia artificial que procesa el contenido que usted decide enviar mediante la API de ChatGPT proporcionada por OpenAI. Los resultados generados por inteligencia artificial pueden ser inexactos, incompletos o estar desactualizados, y se ofrecen únicamente con fines informativos. Verifique siempre la información importante de forma independiente antes de tomar cualquier decisión financiera.
No recopilamos, recibimos ni almacenamos el contenido que envía a través de esta función ni los resultados devueltos. El procesamiento por parte de OpenAI se rige por sus propios términos y políticas. Consulte nuestra Política de Privacidad para más detalles.
La App puede mostrar información pública sobre productos y servicios de instituciones asociadas y puede enlazar a sus sitios web. No controlamos, avalamos ni garantizamos dichas ofertas, su disponibilidad, tasas o condiciones. Cualquier contrato que celebre con un socio será exclusivamente entre usted y dicho socio, y se regirá por los términos y la política de privacidad del propio socio. No recopilamos ningún dato personal a través de la App. La información que introduce en la App permanece en su dispositivo. Para más información, lea nuestra Política de Privacidad, que forma parte de estos Términos.
La App, incluidos su diseño, textos, gráficos, logotipos y software, es propiedad de GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. o de nuestros licenciantes y está protegida por las leyes de propiedad intelectual. Estos Términos no le otorgan ningún derecho sobre nuestras marcas o contenidos más allá de la licencia descrita anteriormente.
Procuramos que la App funcione de forma fiable, pero no garantizamos que esté siempre disponible, libre de errores o sin interrupciones. Podemos actualizar, modificar o descontinuar la App o cualquiera de sus funciones en cualquier momento. También podemos terminar o suspender su derecho a usar la App si incumple estos Términos. Usted puede dejar de usar la App en cualquier momento eliminándola de su dispositivo.
La App se proporciona "tal cual" y "según disponibilidad", sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley. No somos responsables de las decisiones que usted tome basándose en la información mostrada en la App, de las acciones o productos de las instituciones asociadas, ni de los resultados del escáner de IA.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, GLOBAL AKEBIA SL. no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la App. Nada en estos Términos excluye o limita la responsabilidad que no pueda excluirse conforme a la legislación imperativa, incluidos los derechos imperativos de protección al consumidor.
Podemos revisar estos Términos ocasionalmente. La fecha en la parte superior de esta página indica la última revisión. El uso continuado de la App tras la entrada en vigor de los cambios constituye la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier disputa será resuelta por los tribunales de Madrid, sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos del consumidor que puedan corresponderle.
